Peer support only

Beacon is a peer-support community. It is not a mental health service, therapy platform, or crisis hotline. If you are in immediate danger, please contact emergency services or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Anonymous use

You agree not to share your real name, address, phone number, or other identifying information with other users. You agree not to ask other users for this information.

Prohibited conduct

You may not harass, threaten, or demean other users. You may not solicit money, sell products, or promote services. You may not attempt to move conversations off-platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

Beacon volunteer standards

Beacon volunteers agree to additional terms including boundary agreements, safety training, and platform conduct standards. Volunteers may not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Beacon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
